That credit can be used towards a future charter with Miami Blue Yacht Rental.

Miami Blue Yacht Rental reserves the right to determine whether or not the weather permits us from conducting the charter.

In the vast majority of cases we cannot have more than 12 passengers on any of our yachts.

To rent a yacht with Miami Blue, the individual making payment and signing the charter contract must be at least 18 years of age. The remaining balance will be charged 90 days before the trip departs.

On the day of the charter, the individual who made the payment and signed the contract is required to be on board the vessel. That individual must arrive at the vessel with the credit card they used to book the boat or yacht, and they must arrive with a photo ID that matches the name on the credit card used to book the charter.

Yes, customers are allowed to bring whatever food, drinks, or alcohol they would like. We just ask that customers not bring red wine because it stains the boats. Additionally, we ask that customers avoid bringing drinks in individual glass bottles. Glass bottles of liquor that are poured into other plastic cups are okay. But we prefer you avoid bringing glass beer bottles.

Yes, you can have your yacht rental catered. We can connect you with local caterers who can deliver food to the boat prior to the charter. You are also free to arrange food with your own caterer and bring it with you on the charter.

Smoking any cannabis products during any charter is strictly prohibited. Miami’s waters are patrolled and regulated by the United States Coast Guard which is a federal agency that does not recognize cannabis as a legal substance in any amount.

Illicit drug use of any kind is also strictly prohibited at any point during the charter. If the captain or crew is made aware of drug use by any of the clients at any point during the charter, the charter will end immediately, and the group will be brought back to the dock. No refund or
discount will be given for the lost time.
