Unfortunately, due to United States Coast Guard regulations, almost all charter boats are capped at 12 passengers regardless of the size of the vessel. So whether the boat is 30 feet or 100 feet, the maximum number of passengers will be 12.
However, there are a few boats that are an exception to this rule. These yachts have special certifications that allow them to take more than 12 passengers. These typically end up being event boats or dinner cruise boats.
